FinTech is a small minority owned technical services business with over 20 years of global commercial and government business experience. The organization has had major technical impacts in the financial realms across the Federal Government, Europe and on Wall Street. The cornerstone of the company's ambition and success has been the ability to provide technical consulting services to large scale infrastructure design and implementations while establishing and maintaining internal support structures. FinTech was founded in New York City in 1994 and is now headquartered in Midlothian, VA.

FinTech is a successful graduate of the SBA 8a program.

Fintech maintains close commercial and government alliances with both Corporate and commercial partners, vendors and technical personnel. The company has a proven track record and has provided technical staffing and consulting services for the following clients:

  • The Authentication, Authorization & Access (eA3) program is an IRS enterprise-wide solution, serving as the secure front door for IRS’s external internet-facing Taxpayers, Tax Practitioners, and IRS applications. eA3 provides Identify Proofing services to Taxpayers and Tax Practitioners that wish to access IRS information. We also engineer and support internal IAM services for IRS employees and contractors.

  • Department of Defense (DOD): Dallas, Texas – Technical Security and Architecture services for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) project of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service division.

  • Working under CSC we successfully supported the Modernization of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Consulting and Business in the fields of Design, Engineering, and Implementation of their technical infrastructure across multiple data centers in an active-active and High Availability (HA) configuration.

  • London, England – Design and Support the migration of the Foreign Exchange (FX) desk and technical infrastructure from Frankfurt, Germany to London, England.

  • This project consisted of Designing and Implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions across the Bell Labs infrastructure in a secure and replicated manner.
