Our customized 401K program allows employees to contribute pre-tax amounts up to 5% of their salary per annum. We provide employer matching in the employee IRA plan that is immediately vested to all employees.
Paid Time Off
Our time off includes paid personal time off; paid federal holidays, and flexible schedules (when acceptable to clients). We provide all employees with 2-weeks off per year plus government holidays after 3 months of tenure their first year and 4 weeks off per year plus government holidays after 5 years per year every year.
